📦 Delivery Across Pakistan

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched through reliable courier services to ensure your package reaches you safely.

Estimated delivery time:

• Major cities: 2–4 working days

• Other areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

🚚 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

From time to time, Passion Goddess may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers.

🛍️ Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

🔒 Discreet Packaging

We understand that privacy matters. Orders from Passion Goddess are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without unnecessary product details displayed on the outside of the parcel.

❌ Failed Delivery / Incorrect Information

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to receive the order, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.

Please make sure your contact and delivery information is correct when placing your order.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or contains an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after receiving your order.

For faster assistance, please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

While we work with our courier partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Passion Goddess cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date.

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, road closures, courier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
